One of my most challenging to create, The Diamondback incorporates cherry, maple, and walnut in beautifully aligned zig-zags and diamonds. This is an end grain cutting board with alternating walnut and maple edges. The medium size is 11 1/2"x13"x3/4". The large is 12"x16 3/4"x1 1/4". Lengths and widths can vary up to 1 1/2" either way and thickness can vary 1/8". The medium size is reversable and the large has mounted feet on the bottom.
